Kate Middleton isn't afraid to step behind the camera.

The Duchess of Cambridge is the first royal mom to capture official photos of her family. She first broke royal tradition by taking the first official pictures of Princess Charlotte after she was born in June 2015.

On Wednesday, the Kensington Royal Instagram account shared the latest photo captured by Middleton herself: a black-and-white portrait of Prince William and the Cambridge kids.

"Merry Christmas! This photograph of The Duke of Cambridge, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis was taken by The Duchess of Cambridge in Norfolk earlier this year," the caption read.

"We wish all our followers a very happy and relaxing Christmas Day."

In the expertly captured picture, Prince William is seen planting a kiss on the cheek of Prince Louis, while Princess Charlotte and Prince George are looking charming as usual.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their kids are spending the holidays at the Queen's Sandringham residence, where the royal family traditionally celebrates Christmas.
